Saturday was my first Afro Punk Festival experience and it was kind of amazing.
I can't even tell you how awesome it was to see so much beautiful color, texture, pattern, individuality  style... all in one place. You all know I'm easily distracted, but here are some photos I did manage to take in all of the excitement. Check out this link to see more photos and street style from AfroPunk 2013.

She was getting her entire life up on someone's shoulders....

There were a few different biker crews present....

Wrapping up the first official night of performances was Dead Prez!
M-1 pictured below clearly feelin' it.

I had such a great time, met some new people, and saw some old friends.
Oh! I also saw Joshua Kissi from Street Etiquette and acted like a complete weirdo, but still eventually said 'hi' because Mr. Thrifter stopped him to say whats up on the way out.
That's just another story for another day. Lol! Anyway, Brooklyn has been so good to us this summer, and I'm looking forward to many more great people and places.
Hope you guys had an awesome weekend!
