Thrifted: Python heels to candy dishes

Yesterday, I was excited about wearing my new python heels from Goodwill! I bought these (and a few other fun items) last week.

  On to what I wore.....

This is one of my favorite button downs from Goodwill.

I wish you could see the detail in the shirt and shoe... they are very similar. The shoe is obviously a python type print, but there are these black and white lines that make a similar pattern in my shirt. (Maybe you can see the pattern a bit better here.)

Now the black flats are a surprise gift for a friend and they're from Value Village. I bought them along with the belts for about $8 total.

The glass dessert stand is so exciting! I got it for $1.99 this weekend, from a tiny heavily stocked thrift store in Decatur. The store was actually a tiny 2 bedroom house filled with randomness. You could find anything from car jacks to vintage bone china sets inside. I will say that it was "clean" though. I don't mind "junky" thrift stores with tons of random goodies, but dirty ones kinda bother me.

I have sooo many new things to share with you guys. Stay tuned!

    1. Thank you! So the little house is in Avondale Estates in Decatur. It's right down the street from Second Life thriftstore and all of those consignment shops that look like english cottages....maybe I'll post some pix.
